MovoSuite Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
At Lumagate Inc, accessible from lumagate.us, protecting the privacy of our website visitors and product users is a core priority. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information Lumagate collects, how we use it, and the third parties we rely on to keep your identity and payment data outside of our systems.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, please contact us at privacy@lumagate.us.
How MovoSuite Handles Your Data
MovoSuite is deployed into your own cloud subscription. Your data, content, identities, and operational telemetry remain inside your tenant under your control. Lumagate does not have access to data within your environment unless you explicitly grant access for support or troubleshooting purposes.
Identity and Authentication
Lumagate uses federated authentication for all of its products. Sign-in is handled by your identity provider — for example, your organization's directory or a supported single sign-on provider. Lumagate does not create, store, sync, or have visibility into your credentials, password hashes, or directory data.
Information We Do Not Collect or Store
Lumagate does not collect or store:
- Account credentials, password hashes, or authentication tokens beyond what is required for an active session
- Identity or directory data (such as name, email, or profile attributes) outside of contact information you voluntarily share with us
- Payment card numbers, bank account details, or other financial account data
Information We Do Collect
Lumagate collects only what is necessary to operate our website and deliver our products:
- Website server logs (see below)
- Contact form submissions and information you voluntarily provide
- Marketing email opt-ins, if you choose to subscribe
- Limited, aggregate or anonymized application telemetry necessary to monitor service health and quality
Log Files
The lumagate.us marketing website follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit the site. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, and referring/exit pages. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, and gathering aggregate demographic information.
Cookies
The lumagate.us website uses essential cookies required for basic site functionality and may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. You can disable cookies through your individual browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain parts of the site.
Data Retention
Lumagate retains the limited data described above only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected. Website server logs are retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, and analytics, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Contact form submissions and marketing email records are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Security
Lumagate protects the limited data it does hold using industry-standard practices, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable, role-based access controls, and routine review of access and security configurations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but Lumagate works to apply reasonable safeguards.
Third-Party Service Providers
Lumagate relies on a small number of third-party service providers to deliver and operate our website and products. These include federated identity providers, payment processors (where payments apply), website hosting, and standard analytics services. These third parties handle data subject to their own privacy practices and applicable regulatory compliance.
Children's Information
Lumagate does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided this kind of information through our website or products, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt steps to remove it from our records.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction — for example, the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the California CCPA/CPRA — you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of the data Lumagate holds about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, please contact privacy@lumagate.us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Lumagate may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the website and, where appropriate, by other means.
Online Privacy Policy Only
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our website and products and is not applicable to information collected offline or through other channels.
Consent
By using our website or products, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
